One of the few things that I miss living on an island (Maui is in fact the most remote place in the world!) is the lack of live music. Don’t get me wrong, we do have music options but most of the big ticket singers usually perform on Oahu, not Maui. So when the Honolulu Star Advertiser contacted me to photograph the Elton John concert, I jumped at the opportunity. What an incredible event; the massive crowd was singing & dancing along to every song. More than 10,000 tickets were sold for both concert dates. You can read the review from the Honolulu Star Advertiser of last night’s concert HERE.
Here are a few highlights from the Elton John concert. It was such a cool experience to be right next to the stage, feeling the bass vibrate through my body. And at one point, I could swear he looked right at my camera.

He totally was looking into the camera. Awesome job girl
